About 33rd Street Industrial, Orlando, FL
33rd Street Industrial is a major office complex in Orlando, FL. It’s a sophisticated and modern building that gets design inspiration from many sources including Japan and China. Located next to the Florida Turnpike and Interstate 4, it is easily accessible from anywhere in the region. The buildings were designed by Wyatt Davis Architectural Group and constructed by an award-winning constructor TCJ Building Group.
The design of the building stands out prominently on its own, but when it is lit up at night with LED lights, the difference becomes even more striking. The lights are programmable and you can change colors or make them flash like a dance club. For anyone driving past this building at night, you cannot miss its very cool lighting effects.
The 33rd Street Industrial project is similar to another one that was done in Orlando by the same designer, but this time it’s a commercial building. The owner wanted something unique and eye-catching to represent his growing business.
The building is highly visible from the highway, so having it lit up at night is a good marketing opportunity for him.
Florida has always been known as “The Sunshine State”. That means that you can run your business most of the time by simply utilizing natural light. However, if you are one of those people who work all day, then this building is for you.
The exterior of the building has a lot of energy-efficient glass on it, which allows you to have natural light shining into space. That being said, there are no windows in some offices so if you want privacy then LED lights are definitely the answer!
One downside to having this building lit up so brightly at night is that it is a little bit distracting while trying to drive by. If you are not used to seeing this building then it may take you a second or two to realize that what you are looking at is a work of art, and not a dance club or nightlight for children’s bedroom.
