Little Paleontologist

little paleontologist

Welcome back!
In continuation of our Dinosaur Project, this week, I wanted to talk about our toddlers and what they are learning about dinosaurs.
Our toddlers do a lot of sensory activities, so they will start off the week by making fossils by pressing different objects into playdough.
Next, be creative and make their own dinosaur by Gluing Q-tips together as if they were bones. They will even get a chance to be a paleontologist and dig for dinosaurs, bones and fossils by using magnifying glasses and paintbrushes.

Finally, we are still celebrating Native American Heritage Month. We will look at different pictures and symbols used by Native Americans to help them communicate.
