Harvesting Fruits And Vegetables

Harvesting Fruits and Vegetables

Welcome back!
Last week, we learned the life cycle of a chicken. What comes first, the chicken or the egg? This week we’ll be finishing up on our farm project. We’ll be discussing who takes care of the animals and the plants and how to care for them when they are sick. Then compare these actions to how we would care for our animals and our plants at home.
Finally, we’ll be discussing the harvesting process and how fruits and vegetables get from the farm to the store to our home. Finally, finish up. The children will create a farm mural to show all they have learned.
